Stuffed turkey... why not stuffed mushrooms. Fantastic flavors to enjoy before the big feast!
1 lb of ground sausage
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 package of whole mushrooms
Dash of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried parsley

1. Preheat oven 350.
2. In pan brown sausage until done. Drain excessive grease.
3. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Mix all together until cream cheese is melted.
4. Meantime cut out center of the mushrooms and place on a pan. Once sausage mixture is complete, stuff each mushroom with mixture.
5. Bake 350 for about 15 minutes.
