Mushroom with Italian stuffing
1 Lb of white stuffing mushrooms
a half of loaf of Italian bread
1 cup of fresh parsley
½ cup of olive oil
½ cup parmesan cheese
5 peeled whole garlic cloves
teaspoon pepper and salt

With damp paper towels, wipe off mushroom so they are clean. Gently pull out stems and put aside for another use. Oil a large cookie sheet or 2 small cook sheets.
Put 2 slices of bread at a time in Cuisinart food processor, pulse a few time to make crumbs. Put in a large bowl. Finish all of bread. Then into processor put peeled whole garlic cloves, parsley, oil, cheese, salt and pepper. Pulse until garlic and parsley are chopped and mixture all comes together. Scrape mixture into bread crumbs and mix mixture with clean hands to make stuffing.
Fill each mushroom packing down and putting each one on cookies sheet. Drizzle olive oil over mushrooms and cook on 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
