Stuffed Calamari

This is a great dish if you like Calamari and Crab

Ingredients

6 Cleaned Squid Tubes Sliced into 1 inch thick pieces 1 Lb backfin Crab meat 1/4 cup saltine crackers crushed 1/4 cup fresh parsley 1 egg 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp mayo 1 tbs mustard 2 tbsp old bay seasoning 1 cup italian bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4 cup rice flour 1 tbsp old bay seasoning

Instructions

in a bowl mix, crab, saltines, mustard, worcestershire sauce, old bay, 1 egg, mayo, parsley together. Form balls of crab meat and place into the middle of the calamari. complete until all the crab is used up. In a separate bowl mix bread crumbs, old bay, and rice flour. Dip stuff calamari into beaten egg and roll in flour mixture. Drop into a fryer with peanut oil at 355 degrees and cook until golden brown. Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce or one made with sour cream and pureed cuke, with a dash of horseradish and cayenne pepper
