1 bag baby portabella mushrooms 1-2 filet mignon steaks cooked med 1 8oz tub gorgonzola cheese 1 large Vidalia onion, grilled 1 pkg Knorr's bearnaise sauce, prepared according to pkg directions

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Stuff caps with blue cheese and grilled onion. Top with a slice of grilled filet and place a Tbsp of bearnaise sauce on top of that. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes DELICIOUS
