Ingredients
4 avocados
⅓ cup red onions; finely diced
1 cup roma tomatoes; diced
1 jalapeno chili; seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove; minced (optional)
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ cup fresh cilantro; chopped
juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garam masala

Instructions
Cut avocados in half, remove the seeds and scrape them out into a bowl. Smash/rough chop with a potato masher or a fork. Add onions and jalapeno peppers. Now, add tomatoes. Then, add garlic, hot sauce, and spices/seasonings. Next, add the cilantro and lime juice. Stir all ingredients. (adjust salt/citrus) Garnish with garam masala. Serve and enjoy!
