This is a hummus recipe with a different twist. It's a great carry along appetizer that doesn't spill or get messy!
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 4oz. jar roasted red bell peppers drained
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
½ Tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

2. Serve with crackers or Pita chips.
