Spicy Corn and Crab Dip

3 Tbsp butter 2 cups frozen corn ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chopped garlic ½ teaspoon pepper 1 cup chopped yellow onion ½ cup chopped bell peppers ¼ cup chopped green onions ½ jalapeno (seeded and minced) 1 lb lump crabmeat ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapenos 6 oz grated cheddar 6 oz grated jalapeno jack ½ teaspoon Worcestershire ½ teaspoon hot sauce ¼ teaspoon cayenne 1 cup mayonnaise 2 oz grated parmesan Tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 350° Melt 1 T butter in heavy skillet over med-high heat. Add corn, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally till kernels turn deep golden brown, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Melt 2 T butter in skillet. Add onions and peppers stirring until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes. Add green onions, fresh jalapenos and garlic till all are softened. Add to corn. Add crab and pickled jalapenos and mix. Add remaining ingredients, except parmesan and mix. (Add more mayonnaise if necessary). Put into 9 inch square baking dish and top with parmesan. Bake until bubbly and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
