Spiced pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds, well-rinsed 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl to coat. Spread on prepared sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
