1½ cups raw pumpkin seeds, well-rinsed 2 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon dried oregano ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl to coat. Spread on prepared sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, about 15 minutes.
