A great appetizer which is quick and cost conscience.
1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
3 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Lemon zest
1 Tsp Red pepper flakes
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

In a Food processor, chop garlic cloves. Add roasted red pepper and garbanzo beans process until smooth. Add remainder of ingredients until the hummus gas a smooth consistency. Taste to make sure salt and pepper content is correct to your taste. Refrigerate for 2 hours or over night before serving. May serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
