Ingredients
1 lb uncooked garbanzo beans (cook until soft about 1&½ hours)
1 large purple onion, diced
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
fresh jalapenos (to taste)usually 2 or 3, chopped
½ chopped black olives
½ cup sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Take soft beans, drain, & cool.
Dice sun dried tomatoes and soak until soft
In mixer bowl, place beans mix on low until pasty. While mixing add olive oil, yogurt, paprika, & cumin. Mix until smooth Add remaining ingredients, mix till blended.
Garnish with a sprig of cilantro, sprinkle of paprika, or bit a black olive
