You can add any other fresh vegetable you want, or add some green olives... or more cucumber and less bell pepper you can mix or match any vegetable you like

Ingredients
2 cans (15 ounces) Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
1 large red onion peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
5 garlic cloves peeled and smashed with the side of a knife
1 cup diced cucumber seeded and peeled
1 Yellow bell pepper seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup almond tahini (almond butter)
3 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
1½ teaspoons lemon pepper
Pita Chips or Sour Dough Rounds

Instructions
Place the beans onions in food processor pulse a few times add the remaining ingredients (except Pita Chips or Bread.) After all ingredients are added pulse one minute add a bit more olive oil or lemon juice if the mixture seems too thick.
