A delicious chunky mango and avocado salsa with a hint of chipotle smokiness. Tastes awesome on tortilla chips or served as an accompaniment with chicken or fish.
1 large ripe Mango
1 Large firm Beefsteak tomato.
1 large ripe avocado.
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro.
Juice of 1 small lime.
¼ teaspoon Chipotle Tabasco sauce (you can add more if you like it spicier).
Salt to taste.

Cut mango, tomato and avocado into ½" cubes and place in a med. size bowl. Mix in chopped cilantro, lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Season with salt and mix all ingredients together. Serve chilled......delicious!
