Slice zucchini length wise into ⅛” thick strips, cut into 2 inch lengths. Saute in butter and crushed garlic and until both sides light brown. Spread cream cheese on 2 x 2 slices of pumpernickel, top with slice of zucchini, salmon, and sprinkle with capers
