Greek Spinach and Cheese Pie in Puff Pastry
1 Box Frozen Chopped Spinach
8 Oz. Feta
½ Red Onion
½ bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Boxes Frozen Phyllo Shells

Preheat oven to temperature noted on pastry box
In food processor chop red onion and basil with olive oil
Mix all ingredients together in your Stand Mixer with flat mixing paddle.
Spoon into shells
Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until baked through
