Very simple grilled shrimp with a little zip.
1 lb Tiger or lg Shrimp-butter flied
1 Guinness Draft
1 tbsp Minced shallots
1 3/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/2 cup Your favorite salsa
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & white pepper

Puree salsa. Mix all ingredients. Set aside about 1/4 of marinade for sauce. Marinate shrimp overnight if possible.
In saucepan, bring remaining marinade to boil. Add about 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp cornstarch. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce becomes thick.
Grill shrimp. Sprinkle a dash of garlic salt on shrimp while cooking.
When done, place on plate and dazzle shrimp with sauce.
