Very simple grilled shrimp with a little zip.
Ingredients
Shrimp Tease
1 lb Tiger or lg Shrimp-butter flied
1 Guinness Draft
1 tablespoon Minced shallots
1¾ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Worcestershire
½ cup Your favorite salsa
¼ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt & white pepper
Garlic salt

Shrimp Tease
Puree salsa. Mix all ingredients. Set aside about ¼ of marinade for sauce. Marinate shrimp overnight if possible.
In saucepan, bring remaining marinade to boil. Add about ¼ cup water and 2 tablespoon cornstarch. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce becomes thick.
Grill shrimp. Sprinkle a dash of garlic salt on shrimp while cooking.
When done, place on plate and dazzle shrimp with sauce.
