1 pound unpeeled shrimp
3 fresh tomatoes
1 cilantro bush
2 small green chilis
6 green lemons
½ onion
1 avocado

Instructions
Cut the unpeeled shrimps in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Then cut the lemons and squeeze them in the bowl. Let the shrimp marinate in the lemon juice for about 15 min. In the meantime, you can start cutting everything else into small pieces. Mix together with the shrimp. Put some salt, and it's ready to eat. Just put some ceviche on top of a toasted tortilla and some avocado on top!
