Total time: 30 min Prep time: 5 min Cook: 25 min Yield: 4 servings In a Cuisinart Food Processor, on medium speed, combine canned salmon, beaten egg, garlic, bread crumbs, salt, pepper & juice of half the lemon. After well incorporated but not entirely smooth, remove from processor. Form into salmon cakes and place in a glass baking dish. Drizzle olive on top of cakes and remaining lemon juice. Bake at approximately 350F for approximately 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
