Self Serve Bruschetta

Serve yourself Bruschetta! It keeps the toast crunchy and you can make yourself the perfect bite every time!




4 greenhouse tomatoes on the vine 1 package of fresh basil 1 french baguette 1 tub of freshly shredded parmesan garlic salt pepper olive oil

Bruschetta mix 1) cube tomatoes and place in large mixing bowl 2) Finely chop the fresh basil and add to the tomatoes 3) add about half the tub of parmesan to the tomatoes and basil mix 4) add about 4 tablespoons of garlic salt 5) add about 2 teaspoons of black pepper 6) put mixture into display blow with serving spoons Garlic Toast 1) slice baguette into quarter inch slices 2) arrange on cookie sheets 3) brush one side of the slices with olive oil 4) lightly sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over the top of each slice 5) bake at 325 for about 10 minutes until lightly toasted. watch closely can burn quickly 6) arrange toast around display bowl on a tray
