Delicious appetizer by itself or on crackers as well as can be used as a vegetable dip. Very versatile.
1 6oz. cream cheese (can substitute sour cream)
1 16oz. Large curd cottage cheese
1 tablespoon caraway seed
Salt & pepper to taste

To soften the cream cheese, let it set out for about 20-30 minutes before preparation. Put the cream cheese into the Cuisinart blender and add a couple of drops of milk so that it blends smoothly. Then add the cottage cheese, caraway, salt and pepper and mix till just blended to preserve the curds. Put into a serving bowl, cover and let set overnight in the refrigerator. Stir the next morning and serve. The overnight stay is necessary to blend the flavors. Enjoy!
