Sausage Balls

Sausage balls are usually served with a simple cheese dip made with melted Velveeta and a can of Rotel or a jar of hot sauce mixed together to make a quick "queso" for dipping.

Ingredients

1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated 1 pound sausage 1/2 pound hamburger 2 cups bisquick 1 egg

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into 1 inch balls and bake on a baking sheet at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
