A delicious Italian salad, perfect for a picnic.
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup frozen peas (defrosted)
¾ cup mayo
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon oregano
1 clove chopped garlic

Chop lettuce very finely and place into a medium sized bowl.
Separate onion into rings, and then slice rings into 4 bits. Add to bowl.
Using a peeler, turn whole carrot into shavings. Chop shavings into smaller bite-size shavings. Add to bowl.
After peas have been defrosted, add them to bowl, along with the feta cheese.
To make dressing, whisk all ingredients together until they are evenly dispersed. Chill dressing before tossing salad.
