Ingredients

1 pkg uncooked Bacon 2 cans Whole Water Chestnuts, drained 1 can pineapple chunks, drained. 1 cup brown sugar Marinade: 1/4 cup oil 2 Tbsp. ketchup 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 Tbsp. vinegar 2 cloves garlic, crushed.

Instructions

Marinate Water Chestnuts for 4 hours. Wrap Bacon around Water Chestnut and Chunk of Pineapple. Secure with a toothpick. Roll in brown sugar. Place on baking sheet and bake @ 375 for about 20 minutes. (Bake until bacon is crispy. Not over done)
