1½ cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons butter, melted
Optional seasonings such as "Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt", Tony Chachere's, Seasoning Salt, Garlic Salt, or other favorite flavorings.

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and seasoning. Divide into parts if you desire to make multiple flavors. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
