2 8oz. cream cheese (set out to soften)
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
6 oz (3 packs usually) dried corn beef (lunch meat) – cut up
½ cup 1,000 Island Dressing
½ lb shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
14 oz can of sauerkraut (drained)
