Here is a recipe that can get a delicious, and fast, snack on the table in under 10 minutes. It is also very customizablejust add your favorite nacho toppings in place of, or in addition to, what is listed here.

Ingredients

  • 6cups tortilla chips (as many as needed to cover the surface
  • area of the basketthis will differ with different-style tortilla
  • chips)
  • 1½cups shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack
  • ½cup refried beans
  • 2tablespoons salsa, plus more for serving
  • 1jalapeño, halved, seeded, and thinly sliced
  • 1to 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • ¼cup chopped green chiles
  • (about half a 4.5-ounce can, strained)
  • ½cup sliced black olives (if using canned olives, drain well)
  • ¼cup sweet, pickled jalapeño slices, drained
  • Guacamole and sour cream, for serving

Preparation

  1. 1. Put about 2 cups tortilla chips on the bottom of the AirFryer basket.
  2. Top with ½ cup of the shredded cheese and then follow with another
  3. layer of chips. Dollop the refried beans and 2 tablespoons salsa over
  4. the chips, and then top with the sliced items. Finish with the remaining chips and then the cheese.
  5. 2. Put the filled basket into the AirFryer. Select AirFry, and set the time
  6. to 5 minutes and the temperature to 400°F. Press Start/Stop.
  7. 3. Serve immediately with additional salsa, guacamole, and sour cream
  8. on the side.
