Delicious and Savory Finger Food. Large shrimp wrapped in prosciutto (or bacon), seasoned with olive oil, rosemary, pepper and parm-reg. cheese.
1 lb 16/20 shrimp peeled and de-veined, tails on.
2-3.5 oz. pkg thinly sliced prosciutto.
¼ extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon dried rosemary.
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
⅓ cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese

Preheat oven to broil. Peel and devein shrimp but leave tails on. Toss shrimp in olive oil, rosemary, pepper. Wrap each shrimp in ½ of a slice of prosciutto. Place in an oven safe skillet with sides. Sprinkle cheese over the top. -Do not add salt to this recipe. Broil for a few minutes and flip shrimp to broil on the other side until both sides are crispy.
