1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough
1 Tbsp olive oil
⅓ cup finely sliced red onion
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp chopped scallions
pepper to taste
¼ cup chopped red onions
8 slices prosciutto

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Roll the dough out into a 10-inch round and transfer to a rimless baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Scatter sliced onion over the top. Bake until crust is golden, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
3. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, chopped onions and scallions with pepper and spread over cooled crust.
4.Arrange the prosciutto to cover the surface entirely.
