1 Package Wonton Skins ½ lb Ground Pork 2 Green Onions sliced 2 Garlic Cloves minced 1 T Sesame Oil 1 T Soy Sauce 2-3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme chopped 1 Teaspoon Paprika Salt & pepper to taste

In a bowl combine pork, green onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, fresh thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. One wonton at a time in hand wrap a small dollop of pork into the wonton skin and seal well with water. After being wrapped they can be laid flat on a sheet tray lined with plastic wrap to freeze. Fresh or frozen the wontons can be added to boiling water or stock for wonton soup. Or for crispy wontons heat a pan up with oil and brown. Pour in ¼ C water and quickly cover with a lid to steam and finish cooking on medium heat. Once the water has evaporated add some oil and cook for one more minute to get that final crispiness. If pan frying, they can be tossed with Chile cilantro so some heat!
