2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
2 pkgs cream cheese
Lemon Juice
Nutmeg
Sweet basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 loaf shepherd's bread

Instructions
Cook spinach as directed, drain off liquid, set aside
In medium glass bowl, microwave cream cheese until soft,
Combine spinach into cream cheese
Add ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sweet basil, pinch nutmeg, salt &
Pepper to taste. Mix well. Carve out bread,put spinach dip inside, tear remaining bread into pieces and use to spread dip onto. You can substitute broccoli for spinach, you can also add small chunks of water chestnuts.
