Pistachio and Blue Cheese Covered Grapes

4 ounces cream cheese 4 ounces blue cheese splash of port or red wine red of green grapes, rinsed and completely dry finely chopped pistachios

Chop pistachios and set aside. In a bowl, mix blue cheese, cream cheese and a splash of port very well. Chill so it "sets" then use wet hands to wrap the mixture around your grapes, finish by rolling them in the pistachios. Chill until ready to serve.
