Pineapple-Habanero Salsa
about 1½ cups
Salsas are very dependent on flavorful ingredients, and pineapples can be very sweet or not so sweet.
Habanero chiles can be quite hot, so go light at first. Adjust seasoning after letting the salsa sit for a little bit and drain it if it produces too much liquid while processing.
