Pesto-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

8-12 Baby Bella Mushrooms, stems removed 1 Unsalted butter stick Store bought pesto Asiago Cheese (optional)

Pre-heat oven 375° Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the mushrooms cap side down. Add a thin slice of butter in each cap. Fill cap with pesto. Add cheese (optional). Cook 25-30 mins.
