Chicken wing recipe that can easliy be upsized or downsized as needed.
1-2 cups flour
Louisiana style hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Put wings into a food storage bag and sprinkle with louisiana style hot sauce for a couple of hours up to overnight.
Mix flour, cayenne pepper (i use two tablespoons for two cups of flour)salt and pepper. Drop in wings and shake to coat.
Bake in a 375 degree over for 20 minutes per side.
Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
