Nutritional information

Yummy never measured. If lower caleries are needed could use low calorie & low fat ingredience. I go for the taste and quality, so I choose to use regular calorie ingredience.

Get large mixing bowl. Let cream cheese and sour cream get to room temperature (for perfect creamy consistency). In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until creamy. Pour in packet of desired taco season mix well, (better results use electric mixer). Pour mixture into 9"X9" dish, make sure at least 2" deep, for layering. Next layer pour 8oz shredded cheddar cheese, layer generously. Next shred iceberg lettuce in thin slices, then make shreds of lettuce approx. 1" long, (for easier serving bite size portions). Chop plum tomatoes into tiny pieces (careful not to mash) and using paper towel, dry up juices and seeds from tomatoes. Layer tomatoes generously over dish. Next layer 8oz shredded taco cheese over tomatoes. Last garnish top of dish with drained and dried off jalapenos (use 15 to 20 spread out evenly for finished look. Cover with tight plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. Serve with bag of scooped or any style corn chips.
