Grilled 3 Cheese Sandwich




8 slices sourdough bread
4 slices American cheese
4 slices Chedder cheese
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons butter

1. Preheat skillet (medium heat)
2. Butter 1 side of two slices of bead, place butter side down on skillet
3. Place 1 slice of each kind of cheese on bread
4. Butter 1 side of two slices of bread
5. When cheese begins to melt, place slice of bead, butter side up on top of cheese
6. Using a spatula, flip over 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
7. Repeat process with second set of ingredients
