Ingredients
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup wine vinegar
½ onion grated or finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
If mushrooms are small, leave the stems on, if large, remove the stems for another use. Cook the mushrooms in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Drain well. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and marinate at least 12 hours. Serve with toothpicks.
