24 Each Hardboiled Eggs, sliced in half, on angle with yolk removed 1 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Bacon Fat 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinaigrette 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke flavoring 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Instructions

1. Microwave maple and brown sugar for 30 seconds. While heating, whip remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth and light. Drizzle in brown sugar-maple. 2. Place mixture into piping bag. Pipe into eggs, top with candied bacon, potato frites, green onions slivers and toast
