Lemon Garlic Shrimp




1 1b fresh shrimp 3 Tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, sliced thin Splash of dry white wine Juice of ½ lemon

1. Saute garlic over light heat in a large saute pan for 5-7 minutes, being careful not to let garlic brown. 2. Remove garlic and increase heat to medium high. Cook shrimp for 3-5 minutes until just done. 3. Add a splash of wine and cook til slightly thickened. Add lemon juice and stir well. Serve immediately.
