Kickin' Firekracker Boneless Buffalo Chicken




1 bottle of louisiana style hot sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 Tbsp maple syrup 2 Tbsp butter 1 large bag of popcorn chicken

Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a medium sauce pan combine the hot sauce with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, butter and 1Tbs of the maple syrup stirring occasionally over medium heat. As the sauce starts to heat, add the rest of the syrup. When all ingredients are combined into a thin sauce turn off the heat. Put the bag of popcorn chicken on a prepared baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for about 15min or until crispy.
