Quick and easy appetizer to throw together at the last minute. The secret is to use fresh lemon juice and a lot of it.
4 cloves garlic
2 cans garbanzo beans, 1 can liquid reserved
⅓ cup tahini
5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon. smoked salt (or seasoned salt)
1 pinch cayenne
½ teaspoon. paprika
1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Place garlic, beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cayenne & paprika in food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour olive oil in while mixing. Blend until desired texture (may need to add in some reserved bean liquid if too thick). Add parsley at the end and pulse to mix.
