Just Can't Stop Dip

A completely addicting dip - perfect for a casual party.


24 1 oz. servings.


1 jar dried beef (e.g. Armour, Hormel, etc.) 1.5 cup Mayo 1.5 cup Sour Cream ½ cup finely chopped green onion 1 T dried onion flakes 1.5 Tbsp dried garlic 1.5 Tbsp dried parsley ½ teaspoon dried dill 2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt dash Tabasco or other hot sauce 1 large loaf very fresh French bread.

If you are concerned about salt, you can rinse the beef first. Cut beef into small pieces (stack, slice into 4 pieces, turn the stack, then slice again). Set aside. Place balance of ingredients except the bread in a Cuisinart(4c or larger) and mix to combine. Turn mixture out into a bowl, and stir in the beef. Chill for at least 2 hours to allow the dried herbs to soften, to for the flavors to combine. Serve with the bread. For an extra kick, you can add 2 T. chopped roasted red peppers, or chopped black olives.
