Italian Sausage Balls

A fun appetizer that will be popular at home or at a potluck.




¾ cup oat flour ¾ cup baking mix 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon allspice ½ teaspoon rubbed sage ½ teaspoon thyme 2 cups shredded mozzarella ⅔ pound sweet Italian sausage

In large bowl whisk the dry ingredients. Add sausage and cheese mix gently until well mixed. Roll into 1 "balls place on large cookie sheet. Bake 15-28 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 5 dozen.
