In a food processor- combine the whipped cream cheese, garlic salt and roasted red peppers.
Spread 1/5th of this mixture on a whole wheat tortilla.
Layer on 1/5th of the honey ham across tortilla
Dice the baby bell cheese and spread 1/5th of it in a straight line down the center of the tortilla.
Roll it up. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Press them for 45 seconds in a sandwich press, or on an electric grill.
Cut in ½ to serve as sandwiches. Alternately, slice into to ¾ inch pieces and arrange on a plate with the cut slides horizontal to the plate to serve as an appetizer.
My daughter also makes this for lunch and simply smears on a bit of cream cheese, shakes on some garlic powder and places a diced roasted red pepper in the center with the baby bell cheese to avoid having to clean up the food processor when making an individual sandwich.
