Hot Artichoke & Jalapeño Dip

Creamy, bubbling hot & zesty treat! Always a hit at parties & guests are scraping the bottom of the dish and asking for the recipe.




16oz. Cream Cheese ⅓ cup sour cream ¼ cup mayo 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Worcestershire ½ teaspoon hot sauce 3 6oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped & drained 1 cup mozzarella 5 green onions 2 Tbs jalapeno chili, minced Salt to taste Cayenne to taste Optional--add 10oz. frozen spinach if you like or water chestnuts for variety. Fun to test out recipe with new add-ins!

Using Cuisinart Mixer, beat first 8 ingredients. Fold in Artichokes, mozzarella, green onions & jalapenos. Transfer to a baking dish or casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly hot and slightly brown on top. Can be made a day ahead. Warms up great.
