White bean rosemary sandwich spread




1 15oz can of cannelloni beans drained (save liquids)
1teasooon Chopped fresh Rosemary, 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice, ¼ cup oil oil, ½ cup juice from beans ground black peel and ½ teaspoon of salt
1 clove garlic chopped

2. Add more liquid from beans for thinner consistency or more olive oil for richer taste (but more Calories)
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
