Ingredients

  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled
  • ½ small jalapeño, seeded and quartered
  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

1. Put the garlic and jalapeño into the chopping cup. Process on Speed 5 for 5 seconds to chop. Add the tomatoes and pulse 2 to 3 times to chop. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse on Speed 5 until desired consistency is achieved.2. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
