Dice plum tomatoes and red onions, set aside. Slice jalapeno pepper in half removing seeds from one side. Place jalapeno, cilantro leaves and garlic in Cuisinart. Using the metal chopping knife blend all ingredients. Add to bowl with tomatoes and onions. Cut avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop avocado into Cuisinart. Using the metal chopping knife blend until it reaches the desired consistency. Add avocados to other ingredients. Add salt, cumin and juice from entire lime. Stir everything together. Serve with chips.
