1.Skin and remove core from 6 avocados, then roughly chop.
2.Season with juice of 2 limes. Add 3 finely chopped jalapeños, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, ¼ c finely diced red onion and 1 beefsteak tomato, skinned, de-seeded and diced. Mix lightly.
3.Add ¼ sour cream and Tabasco. Mix, but keep chunky. Season with salt and pepper.
