Ingredients

6 avocados juice of 2 limes 3 finely chopped jalapeños 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 1/4 cup finely diced red onion 1 beefsteak tomato, skinned, de-seeded and diced Add 1/4 sour cream Tabasco Season with salt and pepper. yellow corn chips.

Guacamole 1.Skin and remove core from 6 avocados, then roughly chop. 2.Season with juice of 2 limes. Add 3 finely chopped jalapeños, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1/4 c finely diced red onion and 1 beefsteak tomato, skinned, de-seeded and diced. Mix lightly. 3.Add 1/4 sour cream and Tabasco. Mix, but keep chunky. Season with salt and pepper. 4.Serve with yellow corn chips.
