The BEST recipe for guacamole that you will ever find. Creamy & delicious, you'll find yourself wanting MORE! (I usually have to double the recipe!)
Ingredients
1 Avocado
juice of ½ a lime
juice of ½ an orange
2 cloves of garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. Roasted Red Pepper chopped
1 heaping teaspoon. chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
½ teaspoon. Sea salt

Instructions
Mash Avocado, add fresh juices, garlic, red pepper, onion, cilantro, and salt. Gently mix till combined. Cover, refrigerate & let flavors mingle. (At least ½ hour, but 1 hour is better)
Serve with your favorite tortilla chip & enjoy!
