Jalapenos stuffed with a wonderful cream cheese mixture, wrapped in bacon and grilled.
1 lb softened cream cheese
1 jar sliced dried beef - chopped
1 cup chopped dried cranberries

Wash and dry jalapenos. Cut each jalapeno in half lengthwise and take out seeds. (If you want to have more heat in these appetizers leave the seeds in.)
Put softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add chopped dried beef and cranberries. Mix thoroughly.
Fill jalapeno halves with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap each jalapeno with slice of bacon slice. Grill over low-medium heat until bacon is done, approx 20 minutes – only turning once.
